Orders are processed and shipped out within one week of payment. Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground (or local freight company for larger pieces) and will require signature confirmation at time of delivery. Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the artwork at checkout. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package has shipped.
Artwork can be purchased for local pickup at our gallery space. Select this option at checkout to see the address and waive the shipping fee. Orders will be ready within 2-4 business days at which point we will schedule a day/time for pickup with you. We are currently open by appointment only.
Please note that all artwork purchased for local pickup are subject to Long Beach, CA city sales tax.
Direct checkout is available through the site for orders shipping to the U.S. and Canada. For the rest of the world, contact us to get a custom shipping quote. Please include your full address as well as the specific artwork you would like to purchase. Shipping to Canada defaults to UPS Standard, if you'd like a quote for express shipping or DHL please contact us for a quote.
International orders may be subject to taxes, duties, and fees - all of which are the responsibility of the customer to pay. We are required to declare the full retail value of the artwork on the package.
All sales are final and artwork is sold as is. We do not offer returns. If you're in the area please feel free to make an appointment to see works in person prior to purchase.
If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately and keep all of the original packaging. Include detailed photos of the outside of the box as well as the packaging materials and damage. No claims will be accepted after 7 days of delivery or without proper documentation.
